Because our product is a consumable food item, we do not accept returns or exchanges for taste preference, change of mind, or unwanted orders. For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returned bars.

We stand behind every order. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. No physical return is required. Once we confirm the issue, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time from your account before your next billing date. Charges already processed for shipped orders follow the same defective/damaged terms above.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and pricing

We work to display our products and pricing accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping and fulfillment

Order processing and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Product use and disclaimer

Our products are foods, not supplements or medical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before making changes to your diet if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have allergies. Review the ingredient statement on packaging before consuming.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to Thrival LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrival LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times and rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after processing within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

No cold chain required

Our bars are shelf stable and heat stable to 125°F, so no refrigerated shipping is needed.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control. If there is a significant change or delay to your order, we will notify you.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
